This policy explains how Workforce X Pty Ltd (ABN 81 672 036 949), trading as Workforce Agents ("we", "us"), handles personal information. We are based in Sydney, Australia, and follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you contact us, book a call, download a resource or ask a question on our site, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, role, the area you're interested in, your message, and the page and campaign you came from. Our site also collects basic usage information (pages viewed, device and browser type) through analytics tools and, where enabled, cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, provide the resource you asked for, prepare for and follow up on conversations, deliver our services, and improve our website. We may send you occasional updates about our services; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business — website hosting, form handling and CRM (HubSpot), analytics (Plausible), email and scheduling. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it. We don't sell personal information.
Security and retention
We store personal information securely, limit access to people who need it, and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing avas@workforceagents.io.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
